After a detoxification program, you can cleanse your body daily through diet, supplements and lifestyle practices.
1. Eat plenty of fiber, including brown rice and organically grown fruits and vegetables. Great anti-oxidant foods are cabbage, broccoli, spirulina, chlorella, beets, radishes and seweed.
2. Clean and protect the liver by herbs such as dandelion root, burdock and milk thistle, and drinking green tea.

There are some possible side effects of detoxification. Some now suffer at all. I remember my first detox where I suffered from headaches for two days. I was very tired and suffered severe physical pain. But when I walk through these days I was good. The first three or four days are the worst. But hold it better than you, and be so proud of you. When I was suffering severely with Candida and had two small children to look after, I can say that it was not easy, but I was determined to go through it.

After Detox
My first detox I did for about 6 weeks. In a perfect world I would not continue the same lifestyle that I live for 6 weeks. But I live in the real world and found it was simply not possible. I eat a very healthy diet and detox at least twice a year. Exercising regularly helps as well.
